We selected Jo Bedi to sell our home in April of 2005. Without a doubt she was the right person for the job. Jo managed to get an offer on our house on the first day for over $25000 more than the previous few sales.

I was amazed by the work of Jo Bedi selling my house. Even though the territory where my property was located was heavily farmed by other realtors, she outshine them. Jo concentrated on the positive elements of my house unlike the farmers I previously consulted who wanted to reduce the price for insignificant reasons. She negotiated a top price for me in a record 2-week in the market. The final price significantly exceeded the farmer realtor's opinion I previously consulted. Jo worked very diligently and I felt I was very well represented by her. I strongly recommend Jo, more so in today's real estate market.
